CRM Executive

As a Client Coordinator in the motor insurance sector, your primary responsibility is to ensure effective communication and coordination between clients and internal teams. You will be collecting and documenting client requirements from the sales team to kickstart the insurance process. Acting as the main point of contact, you will facilitate smooth coordination and relay insurance quotations to clients upon receipt. In addition to client coordination, you will be involved in policy issuance and documentation. This includes gathering necessary information from clients for policy issuance, forwarding documents to underwriters, and ensuring the timely sharing of policy documents with clients. Moreover, you will handle administrative tasks such as documenting client interactions in the CRM system, maintaining records of policies and receipts, and collaborating with other teams to enhance workflow efficiency. To excel in this role, you should possess a strong understanding of motor insurance covers and pricing factors, along with a comprehensive knowledge of FAQs. Your communication, negotiation, and objection handling skills will be crucial in managing interactions with clients and internal stakeholders. Efficient organizational and multitasking abilities are essential given the need to liaise with multiple teams for each client query. Proficiency in CRM software, insurance policy management systems, and MS Office applications is required, along with strong problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries effectively.
