About The Role

We are looking for a motivated CRM Developer to join our team. The role involves developing, customizing, and supporting CRM solutions (Salesforce / Microsoft Dynamics) to meet business requirements. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and senior developers to deliver scalable and effective CRM solutions.

Role & responsibilities

• Assist in the design, development, and customization of CRM solutions (Salesforce and/or Microsoft Dynamics)
• Configure standard CRM features including workflows, forms, dashboards, and reports.
• Support data migration, integration, and system upgrades.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve CRM-related issues.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and best practices.
• Document technical designs, configurations, and processes.
• Provide user support and training where required.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in CRM development on

  Salesforce and/or Microsoft Dynamics

• Proficiency in at least one of the following - Salesforce or MS Dynamics.

• Salesforce

  : Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, Salesforce configuration.

• Microsoft Dynamics

  : Plugins, Workflows, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), JavaScript customization.
• Good understanding of CRM data model, security, and integration concepts.
• Experience with APIs, web services, or integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, KingswaySoft, SSIS).
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and basic DevOps practices.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
