Role Overview This is a full-time, on-site role in Hyderabad. The Sales Manager will be responsible for lead generation, sales execution, and account management, working closely with marketing, content, and strategy teams. Sales Strategy & Market Expansion Collaborate with the marketing and content team to create a monthly newsletter showcasing AI industry insights. Identify key events, conferences, and networking opportunities for CAW Technologies and explore participation. Stay updated on industry trends in Conversational AI, Generative AI, and automation. Provide insights into market needs and customer challenges to refine AI solution offerings. Sales Operations & KPI Management Support the Sales Head with forecasting calls, pipeline updates, outreach planning, and performance reviews. Meet or exceed KPIs related to outreach activities, lead generation, and revenue contributions. Maintain accurate CRM data and sales reports to track performance and optimize processes. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in sales development, lead generation, and client discovery. Familiarity with Conversational AI, Generative AI, LLMs, and AI Automation platforms (AI Agents, AI Chatbots, IVA platforms). Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to qualify clients, manage the sales cycle, and close deals effectively. Experience in Enterprise Sales, Sales Operations, and Account Management.
