CRM - CONSULTANT

As a Relationship Executive at our organization, you will be responsible for handling customers" and channel partners" escalations, ensuring timely resolution by collaborating with various departments. You will also play a key role in educating them about our products and services. **Key Responsibilities:** - Experience in end-to-end Banking operational procedures - Building relationships and coordinating with internal/external team members - Handling irate customers with a polite demeanor - Dedicatedly managing inbound and outbound calls/reports - Willingness to go the extra mile to support the team/management - Acting as the point of contact for complaints and escalating issues as necessary - Collaborating with internal teams to address customer needs - Proficiency in working with Confluence and JIRA, including creating product backlogs - Experience in Risk management, Data Management, and Fraud Management is a plus - Industry knowledge in digital banking/finance and telecom, especially in developing markets **Qualifications Required:** - Ability to perform consistently under ambiguity and changing business requirements - Strong focus on outcomes and commitment to deliverables - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Banking knowledge - Effective negotiation skills - Excellent time management and multitasking abilities - Bachelor's Degree or MBA - Fluent in Marathi, Hindi, Kannada, and English languages - Proficiency in Excel and report maintenance - Willingness to take initiative If you find the above role aligning with your skills and aspirations, we look forward to welcoming you to our team.,
