Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end offboarding process for SGC clients, ensuring a professional and seamless experience.
Collect written and video testimonials that reflect the client’s journey and achievements.
Coordinate and schedule podcasts, webinars, or success story calls featuring clients.
Promote relevant post-program engagement opportunities, such as mentorship or ambassador plans.
Maintain ongoing, positive relationships with clients for potential future collaboration and referrals.
Work cross-functionally with the marketing and success teams to amplify client stories and insights.
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-first mindset.
Proven ability to manage professional relationships with a high level of empathy and attentiveness.
Basic understanding of sales techniques and experience in coordination or client-facing roles is preferred.
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple client interactions simultaneously.
Comfortable with tools for scheduling, video conferencing, and CRM platforms.
