Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CRM Automation Manager to join our teamThe ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in CRM management and automationThis role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing CRM workflows and processes to enhance customer engagement and drive business growthStrong analytical skills, a deep understanding of CRM systems, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams are essential
  • Key Responsibilities
    CRM ManagementOversee the day-to-day operations of the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security
  • Automation StrategyDevelop and implement CRM automation strategies to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and enhance customer engagement
  • Campaign ManagementDesign, execute, and optimize automated marketing campaigns that target different customer segments
  • Data AnalysisAnalyze CRM data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
    Generate actionable insights to drive business decisions
  • IntegrationEnsure seamless integration of the CRM system with other business tools and platforms, such as marketing automation, sales, and customer support systems
  • Customer SegmentationDevelop and maintain customer segmentation strategies to deliver personalized experiences and targeted marketing efforts
  • Performance MonitoringMonitor and evaluate the performance of CRM automation initiatives
    Provide regular reports and recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Team CollaborationWork closely with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to align CRM strategies with business objectives and ensure consistent customer experiences
  • Training and SupportProvide training and support to CRM users, ensuring they are well-versed in system capabilities and best practices
  • Vendor ManagementManage relationships with CRM vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality support and service delivery
  • ComplianceEnsure all CRM activities comply with relevant regulations and data protection laws
  • Qualifications
    ExperienceMinimum of 5 years of experience in CRM management and automation
  • EducationBachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field


  • Skills:

  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM)
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, Pardot)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau)
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of customer segmentation and targeting strategies
  • Experience with SQL or other database management languages
  • Familiarity with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
