Role Overview

CRM IT Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

System Configuration & Customization

  • Collaborate with U.S.-based legal and administrative teams to understand workflows and translate them into CaseAware processes.
  • Design, customize, and maintain

    templates, forms, and logic-based automations

    within the system to improve efficiency.
  • Configure

    document templates

    with dynamic data fields for legal filings, correspondence, and reports.

Database Management & Reporting

  • Write, test, and optimize

    SQL queries

    on MySQL databases to extract, audit, and report data accurately.
  • Generate

    simple and complex reports

    based on department requirements and key metrics.
  • Conduct regular

    data audits

    to identify inconsistencies, duplicates, or logic errors, and take corrective action.

Troubleshooting & Support

  • Diagnose and resolve software issues related to CaseAware; escalate to vendor or IT teams when required.
  • Provide

    basic computer and software troubleshooting

    support for internal users.
  • Document technical processes, workflows, and issue resolutions for reference and training.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Maintain

    professional and proactive communication

    with legal, IT, and administrative stakeholders.
  • Translate technical details into

    clear, non-technical explanations

    for business users.
  • Support onboarding and training for new team members on CaseAware processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience with

    SQL and MySQL

    (Mandatory)
  • Knowledge of

    data querying, debugging, and optimization

  • Basic knowledge of

    Python

    for automation or scripting (Preferred)
  • Understanding of

    business process mapping

    ,

    workflow automation

    , and

    data auditing

  • Experience working with

    case management systems

    ,

    CRM platforms

    , or

    workflow-based applications

    (Preferred)
