About the Role

Crewing Coordinator / Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with seafarers regarding joining logistics and documentation verification.
• Assist in preparing flag state documentation and maintain compliance.
• Arrange and verify joining documentation; maintain personal records.
• Conduct pre-joining briefings and debriefings for sea staff.
• Update crewing software, DG Portal, and Flag Portal.
• Liaise with agents, vessels, and seafarers for smooth crew change execution.
• Coordinate crew medicals (PEME), visa arrangements, and accommodation as required.
• Ensure pre-joining training requirements and company familiarization are completed.
• Act as the first point of contact for all crewing-related matters.
• Collect and address crew feedback to improve processes.

Requirements

• Graduated in Commerce/Science with a strong interest in the maritime industry.

• 2–3 years of experience

  in crew management (preferred).
• Proficiency in

  Microsoft Office Suite

  and ability to adapt to new software.
• Strong command of

  English

  (verbal & written).
• Self-motivated, determined, and able to perform under pressure.
• Team player with strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
