Credit Analytics Manager

As a Credit Manager at Revolut, you will be responsible for providing analytics services to credit teams globally. Your role will involve managing portfolios within risk appetite, optimizing credit strategies, supporting the development of credit strategies for new products, forecasting and external data gathering, improving automated credit decisioning capabilities, designing champion-challenger strategies, building analytical tools, ensuring approval from regulators, and onboarding new data suppliers. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience in credit risk management, making data-driven decisions, working with large datasets using Python, and holding a bachelor's degree in a quantitative/analytical subject. Additionally, you should possess the ability to simplify complex matters, fluency in English, understanding of credit policy governance framework, planning skills, forward-thinking approach, and knowledge of credit scoring models. It would be advantageous to have knowledge and experience working with SQL, SAS, and other data languages.
