You will initiate personalized outreach via DMs, emails, and calls, crafting compelling pitches to generate interest and engagement. Additionally, you will guide creators through the onboarding process, ensuring timely completion of documentation and a smooth setup experience. Building and nurturing strong relationships with newly onboarded creators is crucial to support long-term collaboration and retention. Monitoring Instagram trends, content formats, and creator categories will inform acquisition strategies and identify growth opportunities. It is essential to maintain accurate records of outreach and onboarding activities and deliver regular reports on performance metrics.
