Creative UI/UX & Visual Designer

As a Creative UI/UX & Visual Designer at our company, you will play a crucial role in designing user-friendly web interfaces, mobile app experiences, and eye-catching visuals for digital marketing campaigns. You will be part of a collaborative team where strong English communication skills are valued, and using AI tools for design processes is encouraged. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing responsive websites and landing pages using Figma, Photoshop, and related tools. - Creating intuitive UI/UX layouts for web and mobile applications. - Designing engaging social media graphics, banners, and digital marketing creatives. - Using AI tools effectively to accelerate design workflows, ideation, and visual prototyping. - Collaborating with development and product teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs. - Maintaining brand consistency across all digital assets. - Understanding client briefs and delivering visually compelling solutions with quick turnarounds. In order to excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications: - Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and design tools. - Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, user journeys, and responsive design. - Good knowledge of designing for digital platforms and social media. - Strong English communication skills both written and verbal. - Demonstrated ability to prompt and use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Firefly, etc.) effectively. - High attention to detail and a good eye for aesthetics. - Time management skills and ability to work across multiple projects. Additionally, it would be beneficial to have knowledge of Illustrator, Canva, or After Effects, basic familiarity with HTML/CSS for developer handoff, and an understanding of design systems and modular UI components.,
