Job Overview:

Creative Art Director


This role demands a balance of strategic thinking, artistic vision, and hands-on design expertise. You will drive the creative process from ideation through delivery, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure every element—from pitch presentations to final show-ready content—exudes creativity, innovation, and impact.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Creative Leadership:

    Drive the creative vision for events, ensuring ideas are innovative, impactful, and strategically aligned with client objectives.
  • Conceptualisation & Design:

    Translate event narratives into visual storytelling concepts, mood boards, style frames, and thematic design directions.
  • Art Direction:

    Oversee all creative outputs, including motion graphics, animations, presentations, stage content, and visual environments.
  • Collaboration:

    Partner with event producers, designers, 3D/motion teams, and technical leads to bring creative ideas to life seamlessly across different formats.
  • Client Engagement:

    Present creative concepts and pitch decks to clients, articulating design intent with clarity and confidence.
  • Execution Oversight:

    Supervise the creative production process, ensuring on-brand, high-quality, and timely delivery of all visual content.
  • Innovation & Trends:

    Stay updated with design trends, event technology, and audience engagement strategies to continuously push creative boundaries.


Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong creative vision with the ability to think strategically and translate abstract ideas into tangible designs.
  • Expertise in

    motion graphics, animation, and visual storytelling

    (After Effects, Blender, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
  • Experience in designing for

    corporate events, stage environments, and immersive content

    (LED screens, projection mapping, and Anamorphic content is a plus).
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to pitch and defend creative ideas.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills to mentor, guide, and inspire designers and artists.
  • Ability to balance creativity with client objectives, timelines, and technical constraints.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • 6–10 years of experience in creative/art direction, preferably in the event industry, visual content studios, or advertising agencies.
  • Proven portfolio showcasing design leadership in corporate events, live experiences, or multimedia storytelling.
