What You'll Do

• Write viral hooklines, captions, and scroll-stopping scripts for Instagram Reels
• Understand the target audience deeply and write to trigger curiosity, relatability, and emotion
• Rewrite and sharpen scripts from strategy briefs or rough voice notes
• A/B test different formats and iterate based on performance
• Work across multiple clients from different industries, real estate, coaching, finance, health, etc.

You’re Perfect for This Role If You:

• Have 1–2 years of experience writing social media content (agency or freelance)
• Are excellent at writing hooks, captions, and scripts in English (Hindi understanding is a bonus)
• Know how to write for personal brands, not corporate jargon
• Are obsessed with what makes content go viral — you study top creators & trends
• Are comfortable working fast, taking feedback, and improving constantly
• Know how to simplify ideas and communicate with clarity & flair
• Are reliable, proactive, and take full ownership of deadlines

Bonus If You Have:

• Experience writing for coaches, consultants, or founders
• Familiarity with performance metrics (saves, shares, CTR, watch time)
• Worked with a content agency or LinkedIn/Instagram-first brand
