About the Role

We are looking for a Copy Supervisor to lead our copy team and shape impactful communication across digital campaigns, brand storytelling, and performance marketing. The ideal candidate is a skilled writer and conceptual thinker who can balance creativity with strategic business goals, while mentoring and inspiring a team of copywriters.


Key Responsibilities

· Creative Leadership

o Lead a team of junior and mid-level copywriters, ensuring consistent quality and brand voice across all deliverables.

o Collaborate with art directors, designers, and strategists to develop integrated creative campaigns.

o Drive ideation and brainstorming sessions for pitches, campaigns, and brand initiatives.

· Execution & Delivery

o Write compelling copy across platforms—social, digital ads, emailers, websites, videos, landing pages, and more.

o Ensure high standards of creativity, clarity, and effectiveness in all communication.

o Oversee campaign development from concept to execution, maintaining timelines and accuracy.

· Client & Business Focus

o Understand client objectives, target audiences, and industry landscapes to deliver impactful campaigns.

o Collaborate with creative, design, and strategy teams to deliver integrated campaigns.

o Lead a team of copywriters, ensuring brand consistency and excellence in all communications.

o Contribute to ideation and lead pitches and client presentations.

o Write and refine copy across digital platforms: ads, social media, emailers, websites, videos, and more.

o Mentor and guide junior writers, enhancing their growth and skill development.

o Manage multiple projects, meeting deadlines while maintaining creative quality.

· Team Development

o Mentor, coach, and upskill junior copywriters, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.

o Provide constructive feedback and ensure ongoing professional growth of the team.



Requirements

· 6–7 years of experience in copywriting, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or lead role.

· Strong portfolio showcasing work across digital-first campaigns, branded content, and performance-driven creatives.

· Excellent command over language, with the ability to adapt tone and voice across brands and platforms.

· Experience working on pitches and high-stakes campaigns with measurable impact.

· Strong presentation and communication skills to confidently pitch ideas internally and to clients.

· Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment.
