We are an exciting and fast-growing food brand offering a unique UK-American-Indian fusion menu. Our dishes are simple yet high-quality, and we are looking for passionate individuals to join our energetic team.

Position: Cook / Chef

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook dishes as per the fusion menu standards.
Maintain consistency in taste, quality and presentation.
Manage kitchen operations efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene and safety standards at all times.
Lead, train and support kitchen helpers and team members.
Maintain inventory and assist with stock ordering.
Take full ownership and responsibility of kitchen performance.
Deliver a customer-first attitude and support service needs.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience working in fast-paced kitchens (fusion / multicuisine preferred).
Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
Flexible, dedicated, and proactive – Go-getter attitude.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
