Controls Engineer

As a Controls Engineer at our company, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing control systems for industrial automation applications. You will work collaboratively with electrical engineers, mechanical engineers, and other team members to ensure that the control systems meet project requirements. Your role will also involve testing, troubleshooting, and providing technical support to customers and users of the control systems. Additionally, you will support field installation of PLC, I/O checkout, testing, and commissioning activities, while interacting with clients and providing technical leadership for projects, including traveling on short notices. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, develop, and implement control systems for industrial automation applications - Collaborate with cross-functional team members to meet project requirements - Test and troubleshoot control systems to ensure proper functionality - Provide technical support to customers and users - Support field installation of PLC and conduct I/O checkout, testing, and commissioning activities - Interact with clients and provide technical leadership for projects, including travel as needed **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field - 5+ years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing control systems - Proficiency with Rockwell PLC, Siemens PLC, and ABB PLCs - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team If you are interested in this opportunity, please send your resume and cover letter to [email protected],
