Description

We are seeking an experienced Control Room Operator to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in monitoring and managing control room operations, ensuring the safety and efficiency of our systems.

Responsibilities

Monitor and control the operations of the control room systems.
Ensure safety and efficiency in operations by following standard operating procedures.
Respond to alarms and emergencies, coordinating with relevant teams.
Document and report any incidents or abnormalities in operations.
Assist in training new staff and provide support to team members as needed.

Skills and Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in a control room or similar operational role.
Proficient in using control room management software and systems.
Strong understanding of safety protocols and emergency response procedures.
Excellent communication skills to liaise with various departments and teams.
Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.
