Relevant tertiary qualification at degree level.
5+ years of experience.
Systems operations (maintenance/support).
Excellent Solution Development & Service Delivery skills.
Integration product experience required using Control-M.
Knowledge of setting up Control-M jobs using SQL Server, Oracle, Azure resources.
Basic PowerShell Scripting mandatory. Python, Perl and Shell scripting desired.
Excellent Windows skills mandatory.
Solid understanding of authentication and directory services including LDAP & Active Directory.
Solid understanding of Security and Encryption protocols (PKI, TLS, X509, PGP).
Basic .NET Programming Skills desired.

Ideal experience & delivered performance

Experience supporting and configuring Workload Automation using Control-M.
Experience working with Control-M scheduling, workload manager and configuration manager.
Experience creating Control-M jobs of different types. Eg. OS, File Transfer, Databases, etc.
Experience upgrading the Control-M to newer versions, setting up the Control-M environment.
Experience with Control-M Calendars, Reporting, Configuration Manager.
Troubleshooting Control-M issues and experience using Command line tools.
Awareness of Control-M self-service, application integrator, file transfer profiles, Control-M APIs.
Experienced in automation, or increasing the rate of flow of capability, or feedback and continual improvement.
PowerShell (and other Perl, Python, Shell) scripting expertise.
Exposure/Understanding of Microsoft Azure Platform.
Management and creation of systems documentation.
Understanding of Microsoft environments, from the Server platform up.
Demonstrated success in managing internal stakeholders.
Experience in SDLC methodologies (Waterfall, Agile [SCRUM]) and implementing quality processes.
