Job description:
Food preparation and cooking: Prepare, cook, and present continental dishes according to recipes and high standards.
Menu and ingredient management: Plan menus, select fresh ingredients, and ensure they are used efficiently to minimize waste.
Kitchen management: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment, ensuring all equipment is properly maintained.
Staff supervision: Train, mentor, and supervise junior kitchen staff to ensure consistency and quality across the team.
Quality control: Ensure impeccable presentation, portion control, and adherence to food safety and health regulations.
Inventory and stock control: Monitor stock levels and report any shortages to ensure smooth operations.
