We are looking for a detail-oriented Conversational AI Testing Intern who is fluent in English and Hindi to help us evaluate and improve our AI voice/chat assistants. The ideal candidate should be able to understand conversational flows, identify potential failure cases, and systematically test real-world interactions to ensure high-quality performance.

Key Responsibilities

Understand conversation design documents, decision trees, and AI bot flows.

Create a structured testing plan covering multiple scenarios, including:

Happy paths (ideal conversations)

Edge cases

Failure scenarios (e.g., unclear responses, misinterpretation, missing fallbacks)

Execute test cases by simulating real users in both English and Hindi.

Document detailed observations

Requirements

Strong command over English & Hindi

Good analytical skills and attention to detail

Ability to think like a real user and identify edge-case conversational situations
