Job Description

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Website & Blog Content

  • Write clear, engaging, and SEO-friendly

    website content

    ,

    blogs

    , and

    articles

    focused on IT services, digital transformation, and emerging technologies.
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to simplify complex topics into accessible, value-driven content.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and messaging guidelines.

2. Marketing & Sales Collaterals

  • Assist in creating content for

    presentations (PPTs)

    ,

    case studies

    ,

    brochures

    ,

    email campaigns

    , and

    client proposals

    .
  • Work closely with the marketing and sales team to develop content that supports campaigns and business development efforts.

3. Social Media & Digital Content

  • Develop

    short-form content

    for social media posts, infographics, and digital campaigns.
  • Contribute to content calendars and collaborate with the design team to deliver visually engaging posts.

4. Research & SEO Alignment

  • Conduct keyword research and stay updated on industry trends, competitor content, and technology topics.
  • Ensure all content supports SEO and thought leadership goals.

5. Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with marketing, design, and business teams to ensure timely delivery of all content pieces.
  • Communicate clearly and proactively in brainstorming sessions, reviews, and content planning meetings.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors or Master’s degree

    in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience

    in content writing, preferably within an

    IT services or technology environment

    .
  • Exceptional

    written and verbal communication skills

    .
  • Strong understanding of

    SEO best practices

    and

    digital marketing content

    .
  • Ability to write clear, concise, and grammatically sound content.
  • Good research skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in tools like

    MS Office (Word, PowerPoint)

    and content editing tools (

    Grammarly, SurferSEO

    ) is a plus.
