Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and dynamic Content Creator to join our EdTech team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, scripting, producing, and delivering engaging content across multiple formats such as videos, articles, and social media posts. This role requires someone with strong storytelling skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams while ensuring alignment with brand identity and educational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Development o Create engaging, high-quality content including videos, blogs, articles, and social media posts tailored for the education sector. o Ensure all content aligns with academic and brand standards while being engaging and audience-centric.

2. Scripting & Directing o Write scripts for educational videos, promotional campaigns, and social media reels. o Direct and oversee video shoots to ensure high-quality production and brand consistency.

3. Collaboration & Team Management o Coordinate with designers, videographers, academic teams, and marketing professionals to deliver impactful content. o Provide creative direction and leadership to junior team members and freelancers when required.

4. Content Strategy & Innovation o Brainstorm and pitch fresh content ideas to enhance learner engagement. o Stay updated with EdTech trends, content formats, and social media innovations to keep content relevant and appealing.

5. Quality & Brand Consistency o Review and edit content to maintain accuracy, clarity, and consistency with brand voice. o Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on analytics and feedback.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3year of proven experience in content creation (video, writing, or social media).
• Strong skills in scriptwriting, directing, and storytelling.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with teams and manage projects effectively.
• Creativity, adaptability, and attention to detail with a strong understanding of digital content trends.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
