Key Responsibilities:Review, analyze, and enhance learning and digital content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency. Conduct quality audits of educational materials, blogs, assessments, and video scripts. Collaborate with content creators, instructional designers, and SMEs to maintain high content standards. Identify content gaps and recommend improvements aligned with learning objectives. Track and report content performance metrics, providing actionable insights. Develop and maintain content quality checklists and SOPs. Mentor and guide junior content team members in quality standards and best practices. Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Education, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in content analysis, editing, or instructional quality assurance. Strong command of English with excellent grammar and editing skills. Experience with learning content, LMS/CMS tools, and quality control workflows. Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to meet tight deadlines. Familiarity with SEO and digital learning content standards is a plus.
