Consultant Frontend Developer (React.js)

Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and deployment of frontend web applications using React. - Develop and maintain user-facing features with high-quality code and performance. - Ability to work with different backend technology teams (e.g., Node.js, Laravel, Python) based on project assignment. - Work closely with UI/UX designers to ensure the technical feasibility of designs and a seamless user experience. - Ensure applications are optimized for speed, performance, and scalability. - Maintain high standards of code quality, including code reviews and best practices. - Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership and support. - Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions. - Identify and resolve issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks. - Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our frontend solutions. Qualifications Required: - Education: Bachelors or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Experience: 2+ years of experience in frontend development, with a strong portfolio of completed projects using React. - Skills: - Proficiency in JavaScript and React. - Strong understanding of frontend development principles and best practices. - Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand, MobX). - Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services. - Experience with version control systems, preferably Git. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
