Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Construction Site Supervisor to oversee construction activities on-site, manage workers, ensure quality standards, and maintain safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day operations at the construction site.
• Ensure work is done as per drawings, specifications, and timelines.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Monitor and manage site workers and labor productivity.
• Ensure safety protocols and site cleanliness are maintained.
• Prepare daily progress reports and communicate with the project manager.
• Manage materials and minimize wastage.
• Address any issues or delays on-site promptly.

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of construction methods and civil works.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations.
• Basic computer proficiency for reporting.

Salary: 15K-17K(Per Month )
Joining: Immediate

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
