About the Role

The role involves managing site activities, coordinating with project teams, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, and delivering projects on schedule and within budget.

Key Responsibilites

Review project plans, specifications, and technical documents to understand construction requirements.
Develop construction schedules and allocate resources efficiently.
Conduct site assessments and ensure readiness for construction activities.
Oversee day-to-day construction activities on-site, including civil works, equipment installation, and commissioning support.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless execution of tasks.
Monitor progress and ensure alignment with the construction schedule.
Monitor workmanship and materials to ensure compliance with quality standards and project specifications.
Conduct inspections at various stages of construction and address non-conformities promptly.
Liaise with project managers, engineers, and design teams to resolve technical issues.
Act as the primary point of contact for site-related matters, addressing queries from clients and stakeholders.
Manage labor, equipment, and materials to ensure optimal utilization.
Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
