Job Description

As a Networking Professional at Capgemini, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day support and maintenance for networks in Azure/AWS cloud environments and physical locations worldwide as part of the global NOC (Network Operations Center) Team. Your primary tasks will include supervising network operations, solving problems with customers, and participating in network development. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage routers, switches, firewalls, IPS, load balancers, and other network components in Azure and AWS cloud environments. - Review and analyze vulnerability scan reports and conduct network vulnerability remediations. - Ensure smooth operation of communication networks to maximize performance and availability. - Implement security improvements, define access privileges, control structures, and resources. - Monitor and analyze network traffic, track unauthorized intrusions, and protect ICT systems. - Develop, update, and implement security measures and controls. - Design network architecture at a global level and provide 24x7x4 on-call service rota. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (Computer Science, Telecommunication, etc.) or equivalent experience. - Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in managing networks. - Hands-on experience with either Azure or AWS cloud environments. - Knowledge of security groups, load balancing, cloud DNS solutions, IDS, IPS systems, and security breach analysis. - Ability to recommend and implement security tools and anti-malware software. - Strong understanding of corporate security procedures and policies.
