Computer Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Computer and Laptop Service Engineer to join our technical support team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining hardware and software issues on laptops, desktops, and related devices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on laptops, desktops, and peripherals
• Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems and software
• Replace faulty components (RAM, hard drive, motherboard, screen, etc.)
• Perform regular maintenance and system checks
• Handle virus removal, system formatting, and data backup/recovery
• Provide technical support to customers in person or remotely
• Maintain service logs and inventory of tools/parts
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a computer/laptop technician or service engineer
• Strong understanding of Windows OS, basic networking, and common troubleshooting techniques
• Ability to disassemble and reassemble laptop/desktop components
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Diploma or Degree in Computer Engineering, IT, or related field

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: From ₹7,000.00 per month
