Job Title: Computer Operator (Male)
Job Description :
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Computer Operator with hands-on experience in Tally, MS Office, and internet/email communication, pharmaceutical industry knowledge would be an added Benefit.
The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day computer operations, data entry, record management, and ensuring smooth functioning of office documentation and supporting the daily needs of our pharmaceutical operations, Knowledge of Medica or other retail pharmacy stock programs will be a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform computer system day-to-day office tasks.
Prepare, maintain, and update records using Medica Pharma Program.
Proficiently use MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation.
Manage and respond to emails, prepare official correspondence, and handle internet-based tasks.
Maintain accurate data entry and ensure data confidentiality.
Assist in generating reports, invoices, and financial entries.
Requirements:
Male candidate with 2–3 years of relevant experience.
Knowledge of Tally ERP and MS Office applications.
Familiar with internet browsing, emailing, and online document management.
Previous experience as a computer operator, ideally in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
