Job Description

Manage data entry, report generation, and record maintenance
Design basic layouts using CorelDRAW, PageMaker, and Photoshop
Assist in creating brochures, flyers, presentations, and other office materials
Perform routine office tasks like filing, photocopying, scanning, and handling correspondence
Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems
Support other staff with clerical tasks as needed
Handle emails, calls, and basic office communication professionally
Education: Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate in any discipline
Proven experience as a Computer Operator or Office Assistant
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Working knowledge of CorelDRAW, Photoshop, and PageMaker
Good typing speed (English/Hindi, if required)
Basic understanding of office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.)
Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Knowledge of email writing, internet research, and basic accounting
Experience in a design or print company is a plus
Fluency in English and local language
Competitive salary based on experience
Office timings: [e.g., 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM]
