Role Overview: You will be responsible for converting physical documents into digital files using specialized equipment and software. This process allows for easier storage, retrieval, and sharing of information, as well as reducing reliance on physical paper storage. You will use scanning equipment to convert paper documents, photos, and other materials into digital formats like PDFs or images. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize scanning equipment to convert paper documents, photos, and other materials into digital formats - Ensure accurate and high-quality digital reproduction of documents - Organize digital files for easy storage, retrieval, and sharing - Adhere to established guidelines and procedures for document conversion - Maintain equipment and troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in using scanning equipment and software for document conversion - Attention to detail and accuracy in digital file reproduction - Ability to organize and manage digital files effectively - Strong technical skills for equipment maintenance and troubleshooting Please note that this job is a Part-time, Fresher, Internship, Contractual / Temporary, Volunteer position with a contract length of 3 months.
