Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Programmer located in Oragadam, near Chennai. The CNC Programmer will be responsible for creating and optimizing CNC programs, interpreting technical drawings, setting up and operating CNC machines, and overseeing machining processes to produce precision parts. The role involves ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of production processes, troubleshooting machine operations, and collaborating closely with team members to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in CNC Programming and understanding of Programming processes
• Experience with Machining and Milling operations
• Ability to read and interpret Technical Drawings
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and precision in work
• Understanding of safety standards and guidelines in machining environments
• Relevant technical education or certifications in CNC Programming, Machining, or related fields
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and use precision measuring tools.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• ITI / Diploma / Degree in Mechanical or related field (preferred).
