Computer Hardware Engineer

Job Description: You will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing issues with desktops, laptops, and peripherals. Additionally, you will build custom desktop systems, upgrade components, and ensure compatibility for high-performance setups. Troubleshooting network connectivity issues and assisting with local area network setups will also be part of your role. Providing technical support to customers, explaining repair processes, and offering solutions to common computer issues will be crucial. You will use diagnostic tools to identify hardware failures, perform system tests, and ensure all devices are functioning correctly. Moreover, you will repair or reinstall operating systems, fix boot errors, and resolve system crashes or slow performance. Configuring new systems for customers, installing necessary drivers, and setting up devices to work with peripherals like printers and scanners will also be your responsibility.
