Architectural governance and skills, Must have played the role of designer or technical architect.

Good understanding on requirements and designing solutions for application.

Good in updating UML diagrams,flow diagrams,Confluence,Making dev team understand on solution, Demo the solution to different stakeholders.

Good understanding on Integration with different components.

Very Good Expertise in JAVA and Spring

Experience in creating, developing, and handling XML, JSON,REST, Microservices, HTML

Experience in Oracle and no sql database Mongo DB

Should have good knowledge on Kafka and Streams APIs and Event driven architecture.

Should have excellent knowledge on APIs.

Must have good knowledge in Agile methodologies, DevOps mechanisms

Build CI/CD pipeline and lead team in devOps automation

Good to have cloud-based development knowledge in AWS and Azure

Must be able to work in all MS Office apps like excel, word, power point etc. mainly to communicate with stakeholders
