Job Description

Position: Compliance Quest (CQ) Admin / Developer

Experience: 6+ Years

Company: Speridian Technologies

Location: Hyderabad / Chennai / Pune / Mumbai / Noida - ( HCL Office)

Working Mode: Hybrid

Notice: Immediate

Required Skills & Qualifications

Extensive Compliance Quest Experience:
Deep, hands-on technical experience (typically 7+ years) with Compliance Quest (CQ) EHS/QMS software, including advanced configuration, customization, and implementation across various modules.
Salesforce Platform Expertise:
Strong proficiency in Salesforce development and administration, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Flows, Process Builders, and SOQL.
QMS Domain Knowledge:
Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) principles, processes, and relevant regulatory standards (e.g., FDA 21 CFR Part 11, ISO 9001, ISO 13485, GMP/GLP).
Database & Integration:
Strong SQL skills and expertise in integrating systems via web services (REST/SOAP APIs), JSON, XML, and other integration patterns.
Client-Facing & Consulting Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, coupled with strong client engagement and advisory abilities.

Desired Skills (Nice-to-Have)

Compliance Quest or Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Certified Administrator).

Experience with other QMS or EHS software platforms.

Familiarity with data migration tools and strategies for Salesforce.

Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce/CQ deployments
