a) Minimum 1-3 yrs exp in PF matters, in depth knowledge of PF acts & rules, knowledge of ESIC.
b) Coordinating with the team members.
c) Capability to handle large head counts, advanced excel
d) Sound knowledge of PF Act & rules, ESIC, EPF/EPS calculations, PF registration process, KYC, online nomination, PF forms - 11, 5A, 3A, monthly & Annual PF returns, UAN creation, ECR upload, Challan generation, PF payment, transfer claims.
