Community Manager

As a Community Engagement Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing community engagement programs aligned with company goals. Your role will involve designing and implementing event calendars for each city, ensuring alignment with business and community objectives. In addition, you will organize hostel owner association events, student awareness events, and campus outreach programs. It is essential to develop and maintain strong relationships with hostel owners, institutions, and local associations to foster a supportive community environment. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and implement strategic partnerships that strengthen brand presence - Manage end-to-end event operations, including planning, logistics, execution, and reporting - Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to promote events and ensure brand consistency - Execute events across different locations in an engaging and impactful manner - Prepare event reports, participation data, and impact assessments - Act as the creative voice of the brand, bringing fresh ideas and enthusiasm to every event and community initiative - Travel frequently to multiple locations based on business needs Qualifications: - Community engagement and relationship management skills - Event planning and coordination experience - Highly creative, people-oriented, and self-driven - Excellent communication and people skills - Proven ability to plan and execute programs across multiple locations - Prior experience in volunteering and event management will be an added advantage - Bachelor's degree in marketing, event management, communications, or business administration Please note that the Skills required for this role include community engagement, calendars, operations, events, management, communication, and communications.,
