About the Role: We are hiring an innovative and strategic Communications Consultant to elevate our brand voice across all platforms. In this pivotal role, you will craft captivating narratives, spearhead strategic communication initiatives, and provide expert guidance to ensure that every message resonates with the right audience. Your contributions will significantly influence our engagement, manage reputational risks, and align our internal communications, making a tangible impact on our organization. You will design and implement comprehensive employer branding campaigns to attract top-tier talent, and also reinforce our reputation as the employer of choice in the industry. As the leader of our Public Relations efforts , you will ensure that our messaging remains unified both internally and externally. You will develop persuasive content for a range of external branding initiatives, from campus branding to leadership speeches, newsletters, press releases, social media outreach, etc. Manage brand reputation , both proactively and reactively, through thoughtful positioning and consistent messaging. Support crisis communication efforts , including crafting timely responses and maintaining communication continuity during sensitive situations. Collaboration with our global communications team is essential to ensure that the messaging remains cohesive and consistent across all channels. Regular assessment of both internal and external communication strategies will be key, utilizing performance metrics to enhance engagement and drive measurable impact. Basic Qualifications: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in communications, public relations, journalism, or a related field, accompanied by 6-8 years of professional experience in corporate communications or a related area. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills , coupled with strong project management abilities, technical expertise, refined writing talent, and a proactive, results-driven work ethic. Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, allow you to juggle multiple projects with varying deadlines while thriving in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Experience with employer branding tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn Talent Solutions, Glassdoor, and others. A demonstrated track record in media relations, content marketing, event management, and content development that showcases your creativity and strategic thinking. Show more Show less
