Job Description

We are looking immediate joiners for this profile.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough reviews of U.S. commercial mortgage loan files for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal policies and federal regulations.
Validate key loan elements including borrower details, property information, collateral, terms, financial documents and credit memos.
Ensure timely uploading of SBA (Small Business Administration) loan documents and coordinate the collection of all required signatures.
Cross-check documentation against loan origination systems (LOS) and ensure all supporting documentation is consistent and in place.
Identify errors or inconsistencies in loan packages.
Communicate proactively with Loan Officers, Underwriters, and Closing teams to resolve discrepancies.
Maintain logs of quality control reviews and prepare detailed reports for management.
Stay updated on evolving SBA and commercial lending compliance requirements.
Recommend process improvements to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of the quality control process.

Qualifications

Working knowledge of commercial loan structures and SBA documentation requirements.
Familiarity with U.S. mortgage regulations.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and loan origination systems.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
