About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and confident Cold Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential leads, initiating conversations, and qualifying prospects for further engagement. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys talking to people and is looking to grow in sales and communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to prospects using provided lead lists.
• Qualify leads and handle basic objections with a positive attitude.
• Record and update call information accurately in CRM or Excel.
• Meet and exceed daily/weekly call and lead generation targets.
• Follow communication scripts and best practices during calls.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Confident, polite, and persuasive with a customer-focused approach.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with Excel or CRM tools.
• Prior experience in telecalling or sales is preferred, but freshers with the right attitude are welcome.
