CNC/VMC/TMC SETTERS

As a candidate for this position, you should have a good understanding of reading engineering drawings and knowing the measurement and usage of measuring instruments/devices. Additionally, you should possess a good knowledge of tools and tool change, as well as understand the Codes (M and G) required for the operations. Your responsibilities will include performing offset operations, checking for the availability of gauges for running parts, and ensuring that tools are in good condition to prevent accidents or damages. You should also have a basic understanding of the production cycle time and targets to be achieved for the shift. Daily maintenance tasks such as checking the machines, coolant oil, hydraulic oil, and cleaning the machines are essential. Awareness of GDT (Geometrical Dimensional Tolerance) and maintaining production logs/reports are also key responsibilities. Controlling process rejections will be part of your role. Skills required for this position include a good knowledge of machining processes like CNC Turning, Milling machines, Turnmill, Millturn, etc. Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and South Indian languages, along with strong presentation skills are necessary. You should also have a proven ability to assess training needs and develop effective training programs. Qualifications required for this role include a Diploma.,
