CNC / VMC Programmer

As a CNC / VMC Programmer at VIRGAM DELICTUS - staffing and IT services in Vasai Kaman, Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in the creation and modification of CNC programs for various machining operations. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing new CNC programs using CAD/CAM software and manual programming techniques. - Optimizing existing programs to enhance efficiency and part quality. - Interpreting technical drawings and specifications to accurately translate machining requirements into CNC programs. - Setting up and operating CNC/VMC machines. - Conducting quality checks on machined parts. - Troubleshooting any issues related to machine malfunctions or programming errors. To excel in this position, you should have: - A qualification of ITI along with 3 to 4 years of experience in CNC programming. - Proficiency in G-code and M-code programming languages. - Experience with CAD/CAM software packages like Siemens NX and Mastercam. - Knowledge of various CNC/VMC machines and their operational procedures. - Strong analytical and problems-solving skills. - An understanding of quality standards and inspection procedures. This is a full-time role with a working time of 12 hours in a day shift, morning shift schedule.
