Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Programming & Setup

Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and 3D models to determine machining strategies.
Select appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and machining parameters.
Simulate programs to validate toolpaths and prevent collisions.

Machining Process Optimization

Improve cycle times and machining efficiency while maintaining quality standards.
Troubleshoot programming, tooling, and machining issues.
Recommend process improvements for tool life, accuracy, and throughput.

Machine Setup & Support

Support machinists with setups, tool selection, and problem-solving on the shop floor.
Verify first-article parts using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, CMM data, etc.).
Maintain documentation for program revisions and setup instructions.

Quality & Safety

Ensure parts are produced within specified tolerances and meet quality requirements.
Adhere to safety procedures and company operational standards.
Collaborate with quality assurance to resolve defects and prevent recurrence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
