Role Overview

We are seeking a Cluster Manager to oversee operations across multiple hostel properties in a designated region. The role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and the ability to ensure smooth functioning of all hostels under their supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise operations of multiple hostel properties, ensuring high service standards.
• Implement SOPs and monitor compliance across all hostels in the cluster.
• Manage and mentor property managers, wardens, and operational staff.
• Monitor resident satisfaction and address complaints effectively.
• Coordinate with HR, purchase, and finance teams for staffing, procurement, and budgeting.
• Analyze operational metrics, occupancy rates, and cost efficiency for each property.
• Drive process improvements, standardization, and scalability across the cluster.
• Ensure safety, security, and regulatory compliance at all properties.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 4–8 years of experience in multi-location operations management, preferably in hostels, hospitality, or student housing.
• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of budgeting, vendor management, and operational compliance.
• Willingness to travel frequently across hostel locations in the cluster.
