Job Description

As a Cloud Support Engineer at Strategy, you will be responsible for providing technical support for a set of Strategy Products. Your role will involve resolving customer issues, contributing to the growth of our Strategy Community, and expanding your Strategy Product Knowledge to offer top-notch service. To excel in this position, your passion for our technology, ability to thrive in challenging situations, and strong desire to assist others are essential qualities. Your responsibilities will include providing support for Strategy's Business Intelligence product suite, Cloud platform, and its underlying technologies. You will build strong relationships with Strategy customers and partners, offering daily, high-quality interactions during customer project development and production system maintenance. Your role will involve finding innovative solutions to complex problems reported while using Strategy's product suite, leveraging analytical talent and troubleshooting abilities. Effective collaboration and communication with peers, internal application and software development teams will be key, along with prioritizing and communicating product defects and enhancements to development teams. Additionally, you will contribute to the growth of the Strategy Community by creating customer-facing documentation of technical solutions and product documentation addendums, while participating in Internal Development Programs to enhance personal and professional growth within a strong team environment. To qualify for this role, a Bachelors degree in a technical field (Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science) is preferred, along with exposure to Python, REST API, Java, SQL, HTML, or XML/XSL technologies. Knowledge of Windows/Linux system administration, a minimum of 2 years of IT customer service experience, and at least 1 year of MicroStrategy Platform usage or administration knowledge are required. Your ability to support Strategy customers during EMEA hours, coupled with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, time management skills to prioritize workload, and excellent oral and written English communication skills are crucial. Preferred qualifications include Cloud Certifications (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). As part of the recruitment process, online assessments (English, logic, business) will be conducted as the first step, which will be sent via email. Please note that the work location is at the Pune office for 4 days a week.
