Specifically, the Cloud Operations Engineer

Job Requirements:

• Manage CSP (Cloud Solution Provider) onboarding/offboarding and full customer account lifecycle, ensuring seamless subscription and license management.  
• Provide operational support and administration across the Azure environment using Cloud Management Platforms (CMPs). 
• Monitor, manage, and troubleshoot issues in Azure environments, including Subscriptions, RBAC, Policies, and Cost Management. 
• Handle incident and service request management via ITSM tools, ensuring timely resolution. 
• Support day-to-day operations, including resource provisioning, subscription governance, access control, and billing validations. 
• Participate in on-call rotation to handle escalated issues in a 24×7 support model. 
• Collaborate with peers, engineering, and vendor teams for operational continuity. 
• Maintain and update operational documentation, SOPs, and runbooks. 
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize performance, reduce incidents, and enhance customer experience. 

Qualification:

• B. E /B. Tech/ M. Sc. in Computer Science and IT  
• Excellent Communication Skills and willingness to learn new things. 
• Microsoft Azure certified (AZ900/MS900/AZ104). 
• Knowledge of ITIL. 
• Good Presentation and documentation skills. 
• Ready to work in a 24x7 environment (Mainly US & Night Shift) 
• Self-starter, self-confident, self-motivated, enthusiastic, and have an ambition to succeed within a fast-paced work environment.
