Cloud Native Solution Architect

As a Solution Architect with 12 - 22 years of experience, you will be responsible for designing and architecting complex cloud-native solutions for enterprise clients across public and private cloud platforms. Your role will involve defining microservices architecture patterns, establishing design standards for containerized applications, and leading technology selection and architectural decisions for large-scale distributed systems. You will create comprehensive technical blueprints, solution architectures, and integration patterns while ensuring that solutions align with CNCF ecosystem best practices and modern application development principles. In terms of client engagement and business development, you will lead RFP/RFI responses and technical proposal development for complex engagements. You will present architectural solutions and technical strategies to client executives, CTOs, and senior stakeholders. Your responsibilities will also include conducting architectural reviews and assessments for client environments, driving pre-sales technical discussions, and building trusted advisor relationships with client technical leadership. As a team leader, you will mentor large teams of architects, senior developers, and technical specialists. You will establish architectural governance frameworks and technical standards across the practice, driving capability development and knowledge sharing within the organization. Collaboration with delivery teams to ensure architectural vision is properly implemented and fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning will also be key aspects of your role. In terms of strategic technology leadership, you will stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends in cloud-native development. You will evaluate and recommend new tools, frameworks, and platforms for client solutions, contribute to organizational technology strategy and practice growth initiatives, and represent the company at industry conferences and technical forums.,
