Cloud Engineering Manager

You will provide direction, leadership, and specialist knowledge to the Cloud Solution team in designing, demonstrating, and deploying Oracle Cloud architectures to address customer business problems. Your guidance will drive Oracle Cloud customer consumption by accelerating the adoption of Oracle cloud services. - Manage resources collaborating with customers, sales, engineering, and product teams to design and implement cloud solutions for customers. - Establish business objectives, metrics, and plans to ensure attainment. - Provide leadership on technical cloud solutions and customer success. - Identify gaps and enhancements to influence engineering roadmaps for customer-driven features. - Deliver presentation demonstrations to high-level customers, conferences, and events. - Stay current on emerging technologies to maintain expertise. - Manage the implementation of solutions and ensure successful deployments by providing direction on code development and scripting. - Oversee the support of customers from Proof of Concept (POC) through production deployment of services, management of resource configuration, planning, and customer education/training. - Act as a spokesperson for Oracle cloud and an escalation path for relationships. - Career Level: M3 - Experience in managing resources and collaborating with cross-functional teams. - Strong leadership skills in providing technical cloud solutions and ensuring customer success. - Excellent presentation and communication skills. - Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends. - Ability to manage the implementation of solutions and provide direction on code development. - Experience in supporting customers from Proof of Concept (POC) through production deployment of services. - Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and relationship management.,
