Job Description

Job Summary:

Cloud Architect

Key Responsibilities:

Cloud Strategy & Architecture
Design scalable, secure, and resilient cloud architectures.
Develop cloud adoption plans and migration strategies.
Evaluate and recommend cloud solutions aligned with business goals.
Implementation & Governance
Lead cloud infrastructure deployment and automation.
Optimize cloud performance, cost, and resource utilization.
Ensure high availability and disaster recovery planning.
Cloud Security
Implement cloud security best practices and governance.
comply with industry standards and regulations.
Collaboration
Work closely with DevOps, Security, and Application teams.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to cloud engineers.
Communicate cloud strategies to stakeholders and executives.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
Stay updated with emerging cloud technologies (AI/ML, containers, serverless).
Recommend improvements and upgrades to existing cloud systems.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT or Equivalent.
10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and cloud computing.
Certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
Strong knowledge of networking, virtualization, and security.
Experience with Infrastructure tools on cloud.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Knowledge of container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker)
