Job Summary:

The Closing Manager will be responsible for managing the residential sales closing process for respective project sites. The role involves end-to-end coordination with customers, channel partners, and internal departments to ensure smooth completion of documentation, payments, and registration. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, organizational, and follow-up skills with a strong customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship & Coordination:

    • Manage the entire post-booking process for residential customers from documentation to registration.
    • Maintain proactive communication with customers and ensure a seamless closing experience.
    • Provide accurate information regarding payment schedules, agreement execution, and registration timelines.
  • Documentation & Verification:

    • Coordinate with CRM, Legal, and Finance teams to prepare and verify agreement documents.
    • Ensure that all customer KYC, payment details, and related documents are complete and accurate.
    • Track and follow up on pending documentation and approvals to avoid delays.
  • Payment & Collection Management:

    • Monitor customer payment schedules and follow up for timely collections.
    • Work closely with the finance team to reconcile receipts and manage outstanding payments.
    • Ensure all payments are aligned with company policies and project milestones.
  • Reporting & MIS Maintenance:

    • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly closing trackers for respective sites.
    • Prepare and share accurate MIS reports with management regarding closure progress and status.
    • Highlight potential issues or delays in the closing process with proactive solutions.
  • Channel Partner & Team Coordination:

    • Coordinate with Channel Partners and Sales Teams for booking-to-closing transitions.
    • Support partners with document collection and ensure compliance before registration.
    • Ensure smooth communication between sales, CRM, and legal departments.
  • Customer Engagement & Site Support:

    • Support in organizing customer document drives, registration days, and handover events.
    • Assist customers during registration and ensure all procedures are completed efficiently.
    • Maintain a professional and supportive presence at the site for walk-ins and customer interactions.
  • Compliance & Process Adherence:

    • Ensure all closings are executed as per RERA and company guidelines.
    • Maintain proper filing and record-keeping of agreements and closing documents
